You provide the crucial design information needed to shape our technology's packaging. In this role, you will directly contribute to Etch Engineering. Required Skills / Qualifications: Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME) Master of Engineering (MEng) - More practice-oriented than MSME Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering - For academia, research, or very specialized roles Proficient in CFD/FEA simulation Ansys fluent (or equivalent) fluid mechanics/heat transfer. Structural analysis Experience in Semiconductor industry CAD (NX or equivalent) Knowledge of MS Office Excellent oral and written communication preferred experience in additive manufacturing (AM) simulation Preferred Skills / Qualifications: Creative thinking, good problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities. Ability to complete projects and learn the required skills with minimal guidance. Solid understanding of statistical process control and fundamental statistical analysis in production. Machine/deep learning background Critical analytical skills, hands-on development, and prototyping are critical for success in this role. Additional Information: Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
