Now Hiring: Working Foreman - Water/Wastewater Operations DMV Area | Direct Hire | Full-Time We're looking for a hands-on Working Foreman to lead field crews at water/wastewater treatment plants and pump stations. This role combines leadership with active maintenance workperfect for someone who leads by example and understands the technical side. Don't have exact waste water building experience? Have a mechanical, electrical or plumbing background? We're open to training candidates looking to grow into the water/wastewater industry! What You'll Do: Lead crews on-site for equipment maintenance and repair Ensure safety and regulatory standards are met Collaborate with engineers and project managers Keep accurate records and support preventative maintenance What You Bring: 5+ years in water/wastewater or MEP-related roles Strong communication and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with plant systems (pumps, clarifiers, etc.) OSHA knowledge - certifications a plus but not required Great pay, growth opportunity, and a chance to support vital infrastructure.
