Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Architect position include: Bachelor's degree in Architecture from an accredited program 3 - 5 years of experience in commercial design projects, particularly in hotels, casinos, or restaurants Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD required Strong understanding of construction documentation and project workflows Must have completed both education and work experience in the U.S. Able to commute and work in-office Monday through Friday (no remote options) Skilled in collaborating with team members across disciplines to produce architectural documents Field survey experience and ability to manage project documentation and coordination tasks Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
