Ideal Candidate: Certified and insured (preferred, but not required for hire) Experience in mobile home repairs, renovations, and general maintenance Dependable, detail-oriented, and efficient Able to communicate clearly and meet deadlines Willing to complete a background check, only Requirements: Must provide a resume and three professional references Must have own tools and reliable transportation Must be comfortable working independently or with minimal supervision Must describe your experience with mobile home repairs in your response You should be comfortable with common mobile home flip tasks, including: Subfloor replacement and repair Skirting installation and repair Plumbing repairs and fixture replacements Electrical troubleshooting and light fixture replacement Wall patching, panel replacement, and painting Door and window installation or adjustment Vinyl flooring or laminate install Roof coating or leak patching Haul-away prep General Clean Up (no deep cleans, mostly junk removal) This is not a one-time job. We're looking for someone whose work speaks for itself and who is interested in becoming a trusted partner on future projects.
