Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Industrial Construction Estimator position include: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field 8-10 years of estimating experience, with 5+ years on industrial design-build projects Prepare conceptual through detailed estimates for large-scale industrial manufacturing facilities Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and risk reviews Proficiency with estimating tools such as Sage, WinEst, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms Collaborate with field teams, designers, and project managers to align estimates with project scope and delivery strategies Support procurement activities, change management, and ongoing design-phase estimating during construction Mentor junior estimators and contribute to cost narrative development for proposals Experience with fast-track or EPC delivery models is a plus Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Industrial Construction Estimator position include:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field

8-10 years of estimating experience, with 5+ years on industrial design-build projects

Prepare conceptual through detailed estimates for large-scale industrial manufacturing facilities

Perform quantity take-offs, cost analysis, subcontractor/vendor pricing, and risk reviews

Proficiency with estimating tools such as Sage, WinEst, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar platforms

Collaborate with field teams, designers, and project managers to align estimates with project scope and delivery strategies

Support procurement activities, change management, and ongoing design-phase estimating during construction

Mentor junior estimators and contribute to cost narrative development for proposals

Experience with fast-track or EPC delivery models is a plus
