What you'll be doing (duties of this position):

Lead the architectural process from schematic design through construction administration

Produce detailed, code-compliant construction documents

Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and consultants

Participate in client meetings and occasional site visits

Translate client needs into safe, sustainable, functional designs

Ensure quality control and adherence to timelines

Guide and review junior team contributions

What you'll need to be considered (requirements):

Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch)

Active architectural licensure

Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD

Strong understanding of building systems and construction methods

Knowledge of ADA, local building codes, and sustainability goals
