Duties: Oversee multiple projects and manage all aspects of the construction process. Conduct onsite visits/inspections and hold meetings with field team, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements: Bachelors in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field. 5 years experience in construction project management, including solid experience in each: commercial concrete construction; reading and interpreting construction drawings and specifications; preparing and managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost control; risk management and quality assurance within the construction industry; Bluebeam; Textura; Procore; Primavera P6; Microsoft Excel. In depth knowledge of: concrete properties, mix designs, curing processes, and finishing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong financial management skills. OSHA 30-hour certification. LEED Green Associate certification.
