General Responsibilities:

• Prepares metes and bounds descriptions for boundary surveying projects, exhibits and various mapping products
• Gathers data used for creation of topographical maps
• Compile information necessary to stake projects for construction using engineering plans
• Compare survey computations with applicable standards in order to determine adequacy of data
• Responsible for boundary survey calculations analysis and final map checking, abstracting title data and client relations.

Preferred Education/Licenses:

• Surveyor-in-Training certification by Nevada Board of Land Surveying, or
• Level II Certified Survey Technician certification

Required Experience:

• 5 years of progressive experience in the industry
• Strong communication skills both oral and written
• Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external clients
