Foreman/Lead ($30-36/hour)**

**Job Description**

As a Foreman/Lead, you will travel to job sites to assess potential projects, estimate costs, and support sales proposals. You will work closely with the Field Service Manager and Sales team to cultivate customer relationships and manage field service projects from inception to completion. This role involves preparing resource estimates, scheduling work, selecting subcontractors, and ensuring project quality

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead/foreman role is a MUST.

+ Experience in heavy manufacturing equipment.

+ Ability to lead crews and interface with customers effectively.

**Responsibilities**

+ Travel to job sites to evaluate potential EFS projects and estimate labor, expenses, materials, and subcontract costs.

+ Support the sales group in developing customer proposal outlines.

+ Maintain customer contacts to identify opportunities and follow up after proposal receipt.

+ Prepare resource estimates for planning, organizing, and scheduling work.

+ Select vendors or subcontractors for cost-effective project execution.

+ Prepare estimates for subcontract work, ensuring budget and schedule adherence.

+ Plan field service projects, including procurement of manpower, materials, and equipment.

+ Translate orders into a sequential work schedule and adhere to detailed timelines.

+ Manage field service projects onsite.

+ Train and delegate tasks to onsite employees.

+ Maintain tooling inventory and ensure tools are in good condition.

+ Supervise employees to ensure adherence to safety guidelines.

+ Ensure timely maintenance and return of rental equipment.

+ Organize travel itineraries and lodging for self and crew.

+ Secure required manpower and schedule crew.

+ Process and submit payroll and expense reports promptly.

+ Provide annual evaluations for crew members and submit weekly reports.

+ Maintain project quality according to ISO requirements.

+ Maintain personal contact with customers for inquiries, troubleshooting, and inspections.

+ Conduct site walk-throughs with customers upon project completion.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience in the rubber industry is beneficial.

+ Proficiency in changing equipment and supervising a crew.

**Work Environment**

Work takes place in rubber production plants, which can be warm and dirty. The environment has a distinct smell of burnt rubber, and employees may get black carbon dust on their clothes and body. Expect to work long hours, including 12-hour days and weekends.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
