**Your Role at KIK**

Join our team as a **Production Supervisor** , where youll play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of machinery and equipment. Youll be a key contributor to the success of our plant. Bring your expertise to a dynamic environment that values efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement.

**What Youll Be Doing**

+ Supervise, lead, and coach production employees to achieve performance objectives.

+ Monitor production schedules and adjust staffing or priorities as needed to meet customer delivery expectations.

+ Ensure employees comply with safety, quality, and operational procedures and policies.

+ Conduct daily shift meetings, provide shift hand-offs, and maintain open lines of communication.

+ Identify and resolve production or personnel issues in a timely and effective manner.

+ Track key performance indicators (KPIs), including production output, scrap rates, and downtime.

+ Train, mentor, and develop team members to improve skills, efficiency, and morale.

+ Partner with maintenance and quality teams to address equipment or quality concerns.

+ Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, 5S, Kaizen).

+ Document incidents, near misses, and corrective actions to support EH&S compliance.

+ Evaluate employee performance and participate in hiring, disciplinary, and termination processes as needed.

**What Youll Bring**

+ Associate or bachelors degree in business, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred.

+ High school diploma or GED required.

+ 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role.

+ Strong leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skills.

+ Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.

+ Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. **This position has a base salary of $80,0000 plus a quarterly incentive bonus** . The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic/office location.
