Welder Assembler**
**Job Description**
As a Welder Assembler, you will play a vital role in constructing safe rooms. Your primary task will involve welding, primarily MIG, with occasional TIG welding. You will be responsible for building wall panels, applying drywall, painting, and using hand and power tools to measure and cut various materials. Approximately 50% of your time will be spent welding, while the remaining time will be spent on other shop tasks, initially focused on panel building. You will work collaboratively in teams of 4-6 to construct these rooms, following detailed drawings and learning how to interpret them. A crucial skill is the ability to read a tape measure down to the 16th of an inch.
**Responsibilities**

+ Paint and finish surfaces.
+ Use hand and power tools to measure and cut materials.
+ Collaborate with team members to complete construction projects.

**Work Environment**

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
