You Are:You are a seasoned memory technology expert with 20+ years in embedded memory design, specializing in SRAM, ROM, and TCAM. You thrive on leading teams, shaping architecture, and engaging directly with customers to deliver innovative, high-performance, and low-power memory IP for next-gen SoCs. Your leadership inspires those around you, and your technical depth ensures robust, reliable solutions that exceed expectations. What Youll Be Doing:- Architect and lead advanced embedded memory IP design (SRAM, ROM, TCAM).
- Define memory architecture, redundancy, and repair strategies.
- Guide teams through all development phases, from feasibility to silicon validation.
- Oversee design reviews, risk assessments, and technical decisions.
- Drive pre-silicon verification and silicon bring-up/debug.
- Support customer engagements and translate feedback into roadmap improvements.
- Mentor and develop engineers.
- Shape high-performance, low-power memory IP for next-gen SoCs.
- Drive innovation and Synopsys market leadership.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through tailored solutions.
- Accelerate time-to-market and improve product yield.
- Elevate team capabilities and technical standards.
- Contribute to industry standards and technical excellence.
- Ph.D./M.Tech/M.S./B.Tech in EE, Electronics, or related field.
- 20+ years in embedded memory design and silicon validation.
- Deep knowledge of advanced CMOS nodes (7nm/5nm/3nm+).
- Expertise in memory compilers, redundancy, ECC, and yield.
- Strong customer-facing and leadership experience.
- Preferred: Foundry interaction and emerging memory tech (MRAM, RRAM, FeRAM).
