Per Diem Handyman/Skilled Carpenter

Construction and Property Management Company wants an experienced carpenter to handle sheetrock, flooring, moldings, windows, framing, siding and assorted handyman jobs and repairs on a per diem basis. Best of both worlds, when your own work keeps you busy, no problem, when you have time to give us we will use you on our projects!
In search of a reliable, efficient and professional carpenter who is a good communicator. Must have own tools, a valid drivers license and a reliable truck.
Capable of managing a job efficiently from start to finish.
Must be drug free and able to lift materials.
Flexible days and times offered.
