We're currently seeking a Production Craftsman to join our growing team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone with packing and warehousing experience who enjoys working in a team-focused, fast-paced environment. If you take pride in quality craftsmanship and are ready to help build some of the coolest playsets in the country, we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Cut and assemble custom playset structures and components using provided plans and materials

• Operate a variety of tools and equipment, including (but not limited to): forklift, table saw, upcut saw, router, drill press, band saw, and wrapping machine

• Pull and pack orders accurately and efficiently

• Load and unload materials from trucks

• Refill and replenish materials including lumber, vinyl, trim, and pallets

• Assist with warehouse inventory and organization

• Contribute to additional hands-on production and warehouse projects as assigned

What We're Looking For:

• Prior woodworking or construction experience (preferred)

• Forklift operation experience a plus (training and certification provided upon hire)

• Comfortable using a wide range of power tools and shop equipment

• Team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail

• Self-motivated and able to work independently when needed

Physical requirements Must have adequate visual acuity to read, interpret and transcribe written material and to perform other required duties. Requires repetitive stooping, bending, twisting, stretching, lifting up to 50 pounds, and standing for extended periods of time 10 -12 hours per day. Must be able to stand and or walk continuously in warehouse on flat surface in an environment where seasonal fluctuations in temperature occur.
