This is an entry level opportunity for a person with AutoCAD skills and administrative skills.
Kol Industries, Inc. is a residential millwork manufacturer. We have a need to expand our staff to assist with our project managers documentation of the project. This person will work along side our project managers to follow thru with documentation, note taking, job tracking and following up on outstanding items. Additional tasks will be assigned as necessary based on your skills.
Duties
Assist in the planning and execution of construction projects from inception to completion.
Utilize construction management software like Procore, spreadsheets and written correspondence
Collaborate with project teams to develop project schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Conduct construction estimating and manage contracts to maintain project budgets.
Use AutoCAD for redlines, details and reference
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to facilitate smooth operations on-site.
Monitor project timelines and deliverables, implementing time management strategies as necessary.
Provide support in project coordination activities, ensuring effective communication between all parties involved.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, notes, changes, and communications.
Qualifications
Experience in AutoCAD
Familiarity with construction estimating tools such as Procore is a plus.
Proficiency in using Zoom for project reviews, and meetings..
Ability to read drawings and schematics accurately.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Desire to have a career in millwork manufacturing
Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
