There is NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED, and starting pay is $20.00 PER HOUR/$30 PER HOUR (OVERTIME). Assistants typically average 50-55 hours/week. YOU DO THE MATH.

This job requires HEAVY LIFTING, long HOT days in the sun, and is NOT for the faint of heart! It is the HARDEST job you will ever LOVE!
