Skilled Labor - Custom Home Builder

We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Construction Laborers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the construction industry. No prior experience is necessaryjust a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities:

Assist with basic construction tasks including site preparation, cleanup, and material handling

Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment

Operate hand tools and power tools under supervision

Support skilled tradespeople as needed (carpenters, masons, electricians, etc.)

Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times

Perform other duties as assigned by the site supervisor

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in various weather conditions

Willingness to learn and take direction

Punctual, dependable, and team-oriented

Basic knowledge of tools and construction practices is a plus, but not required

Valid drivers license and reliable transportation preferred
