Contract Analyst Associate

BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

Position Details:

• Location: BayCare Integrated Service Center - Tampa, FL
• Status: Full- Time
• Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm
• Days: Monday - Friday
• Remote : Hybrid

Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing system support (including testing and implementation of approved additions and upgrades to existing technology), data analytics (including custom query and report writing), and product knowledge to enhance the contract negotiation process for BayCare's Group Purchasing Organization
• Provide support to the Senior Contract Managers by gathering data, providing benchmarking analytics, developing presentation materials and coordinating vendor communications
• Develops vendor and product knowledge to enhance the contract negotiation process for BayCare's Group Purchasing Organization and supply chain logistics operation
• Maintains the accuracy of BayCare's supply chain product formulary and contract repositors
• Assist in identifying cost savings and product standardization opportunities for the contracting organization.

Education

• Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelors - Business

Experience

• Required : Business Operations, Supply Chain - 4 years
• Preferred : Contracts - 4 years
