- Assist project managers in planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects from initiation to completion.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure milestones are met.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to confirm schedules, deliveries, and compliance with project requirements.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and meeting minutes.
- Prepare and distribute project reports, schedules, and status updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor inventory and procurement of materials and equipment.
- Support site teams with administrative tasks and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Use project management software and tools (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar) to track progress and manage documentation.
- Proficiency in contract administration and document control.
- Strong project coordination and administration skills.
- Experience in data entry and meeting scheduling.
- Experience in architectural, interior, engineering, or construction fields.
- Knowledge of construction management, change orders, and job cost analysis.
- Ability to manage project schedules and safety training.
- Skills in punch list management and cost control.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a project coordinator.
