We are a Design company located in Santa Rosa. We design large renovations as well as estate homes from the ground-up. We infuse our highly customized projects with a warm, modernist style and provide hands-on service to our clients and contractors. Our office environment is inviting, flexible and down-to-earth.
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an inspired, creative and motivated designer or architect to join our team and help us with our projects. We are looking for candidates with a degree in either architecture or interior design.
We need help drafting, putting presentations together and much more! We ask that you have at least 5 years of full-time AutoCAD (2023 or newer) experience and that you have been the lead in the creation, assembly and submittal of several residential permit sets within the County of Sonoma. Furthermore, we are looking for someone who is proficient in SketchUp, Bluebeam and Excel. This is a must.
What we offer:
You will learn about the building blocks of creating beautiful homes. In addition to putting permit set together, you will be a part of assembling interior elevations and specification books and learn how they control the end product. You will accompany us on site meetings and see how our deliverables are implemented into the real world. You will work in both the architectural and interior design realms, from site work to cabinetry hardware. If there is a part of this process that particularly appeals to you, we will try to create a niche for you, so that you can practice and learn as much as possible. However, supporting us in the creation and submittal of permit sets is where we need the most help. Which is why we are asking for solid experience in the drafting department. We expect you to eventually grow into the role of a project manager, where you will, with supervision, handle projects on you own. Our streamlined process makes this a tangible goal.
