Compensation Range: $25$35/hour (DOE)

Key Responsibilities:
Install pool safety fences using 15-ft sections (6 poles per section) across concrete, deck, and dirt surfaces
Accurately measure and drill holes (1 1/8 wide) in concrete decks every 36 inches using a handheld core drill
Use aluminum sleeves for fence poles in dirt areas, installing them 2 feet deep with a roto hammer and hammering attachment
Customize fence sections as needed: cut mesh material, install border material, and reset poles to create custom-length sections
Connect fence sections using eyelids and snap latches; anchor to houses with stucco anchors as needed
Requirements:
Proficient in reading a tape measure with accuracy
Skilled in using power tools, including bandsaw, Skil saw, Sawzall, roto hammer, impact guns, and handheld grinder
Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and performing physical labor
Must be detail-oriented and able to follow measurements and installation specs
Valid California Drivers License required
Must meet hiring requirements, including passing a DMV/MVR check and background screening
Preferred (Not Required):
Experience with core drills (handheld or mounted)
Prior experience installing pool or safety fencing is a plus
