Concrete Finisher

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Concrete Finishers for a project located in Santa Monica, CA . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-$28/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Surface prep
• Tile removal
• Clean surface of debris & thin set
• Sound testing for spalls
• Spall repair, cutting & chipping
• Hand mix, pour back & repair mortar
• Apply bonding agents
• Fill chipped areas
• Finish surfaces
• Apply waterproofing
• Embed reinforced fabric over the surface
• Sand & broadcast
• Paint adjacent surfaces
• Apply grout
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must be comfortable with swing stages & working from heights
