Architectural Fit Out Superintendent

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Architectural Fit Out Superintendent in Sparks, NV.

Summary:
Responsibilities for this role will primarily include overseeing/managing craft for metal stud framing, mud, tape, sheetrock and paint interior spaces.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Technical knowledge/experience of framing interior spaces
* Knowledge of the International Building Code
* Experience in creating and maintaining detailed resource loaded supplemental schedules in Microsoft project
* Experience managing crafts versus subcontractors
* Experience coordinating with other trades for in-wall rough-in/finishes
* Must have Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and BIM Model navigation experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
