Need A Soffit Removed And Installed (Handyman / Contractor)

I am looking for a handyman or possibly a contractor that wants to do a small job. I have a garage and I need someone to remove the rest of the soffit and replace it. I am looking for a quote. Part of the soffit was removed to replace a lintel over a garage door so I need the rest of the aluminum soffit removed and replaced with new soffit material. I would also like someone to add tapcons to hold the structure to the masonry building because there is a chance the masonry nails are rusted after 50+ years of being there and now is the time to do it when the soffit is down. I would also like to replace the aluminum fascia and possible flash the roof to prevent water running between the roof and building. We would have to meet and talk about it. I want someone that is capable that can actually do the work though as I am keeping the building and not fixing it to sell it or something like that. I want it done well but within a reasonable cost. The building is in Scranton, PA 18505.
