Were currently seeking an experienced HVAC Technician Manager to lead our team, manage operations, and actively handle sales and appointments in the field.

Responsibilities Include:
Supervise daily HVAC service and installation operations
Run your own sales and service appointments
Present and sell HVAC systems and services to residential and commercial clients
Train and manage field technicians
Ensure safety compliance and high-quality workmanship
Oversee scheduling, dispatch, and job completion
Support company growth through field leadership and sales performance

Requirements:
35 years of HVAC experience
3+ years in a management/supervisory role
Proven HVAC sales experience
Comfortable running independent sales/service calls
Valid EPA certification & California C-20 license (or equivalent)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Proficient in Field Edge
