Handyman Needed - Multuple Properties - Los Angeles

Were looking for an experienced and reliable Handyman to help maintain several rental properties throughout the Los Angeles area. Steady work, flexible schedule, and a responsive management team that respects your time and skill.
JOB DUTIES:
General repairs: tile, laminate flooring, drywall, paint, doors, light fixtures, etc.
Turnover work between tenants (patch/paint, cleaning, hardware installs)
Routine maintenance and occasional emergency calls
Light carpentry and home improvement work
Communicate with management and tenants professionally
Keep tools and work areas organized
WHAT YOU NEED:
Experience as a handyman or maintenance tech
Reliable transportation (truck/van preferred)
Your own tools
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of typical rental property repairs
NICE TO HAVE (BUT NOT REQUIRED):
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Licensed/insured (not required but a plus)
PAY:
Competitive hourly rate based on experience + mileage reimbursement
