Field Supervisor**

**Job Description**

We are seeking Field Supervisors to oversee projects within Richmond, Hopewell, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas. The candidate will prioritize safety in all work performed while supervising, leading, and directing Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators to complete assigned tasks or duties. Typically, the role involves overseeing a team of 3-6 individuals, with services including water blasting, tank cleaning, emergency response, vacuum truck services, waste management, transportation, and hazardous waste disposal.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain safety as the first priority in all work performed.

+ Supervise, lead, and direct Field Service Technicians and Driver/Operators.

+ Oversee the completion of assigned tasks or duties.

+ Manage and guide a team typically consisting of 3-6 people.

+ Ensure effective project execution within Richmond, Hopewell, Chesterfield, and surrounding areas.

**Essential Skills**

+ 4+ years of lead experience overseeing crews within the industrial and environmental services sector.

+ Experience working with vacuum trucks, tank cleaning, air remover, and tanker operations.

+ Valid CDL Class A with Tanker Endorsement preferred.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Environmental management.

+ Construction and construction management.

+ Remediation expertise.

+ Experience with water blasting and vacuum truck services.

**Work Environment**

Work schedules will vary depending on client needs, with guaranteed 50 hours per week. The typical working hours are Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm, with biweekly on-call duties. Travel outside of Richmond, VA is expected twice per quarter, with per diem and hotel accommodations provided. Average working hours are currently 60 per week.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chester, Virginia.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
