THE WORK:

  • You'll create and maintain comprehensive daily inspection reports that capture the WHO, WHAT, WHEN, WHERE, and HOW of all construction work activities, while ensuring the reports are clear and concise to accurately reflect daily progress.
  • You'll assist in reviewing monthly progress payment requests when assigned to a program.
  • You'll track various changes, verify time and material work, measure, and document job quantities.
  • You'll conduct special inspections on various disciplines.
  • You'll possess experience, knowledge, and understanding of methods used throughout construction.
  • You'll possess valid Los Angeles City Department of Building and Safety (LADBS) Deputy Licenses in the following disciplines:
    • Concrete construction
    • Steel construction
    • Drilled-in anchors/seismic resistance
    • Spray-applied fireproofing
  • Onsite at client site: The work location for this role is onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery and cultivate our client relationships. You may be required to work various shifts, including day, swing, and night.

$141,203 - $155,324 a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Massachusetts, Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New Jersey, New York or Washington as set forth below.

Qualification

HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:

  • High School diploma (or equivalent)
  • 5 years or more of experience performing as a LADBS Deputy Building Inspector on large-scale projects.
    • This includes overseeing and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations on significant construction projects.
    • Involvement in complex projects that require coordination with multiple stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, and city officials.
    • Expertise in identifying and addressing code violations, ensuring that all aspects of construction meet the required standards.
  • CAL OSHA-30 certification
  • Fall protection and harness training
  • Confined Space Entry Training
