Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is hiring experienced Plumbers for a commercial renovation project in McLean, VA. We're looking for skilled professionals who can handle all phases of plumbing-from demo to fixture install-and bring their own tools to the job.

Work Scope Includes:

• Running new water supply lines

• Removing old piping systems

• Sweating copper, gluing PVC, and ensuring leak-free connections

• Installing fixtures such as sinks, toilets, and faucets

• Performing pressure testing to ensure system integrity

Requirements:

• Proven experience in commercial plumbing renovations

• Must have own hand tools, including a Sawzall and torch

• Strong knowledge of copper and PVC systems

• Ability to read blueprints and follow layout plans

• Must have full PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, vest, work boots)

• Reliable transportation and ability to work independently
