Location: Travel-Based - Southeast (FL, GA, AL, NC, SC)

Job Type: Full-Time / Travel Project Work

Pay: Based on Experience + Travel Stipends

Job Overview:

CCS Construction Staffing is seeking an experienced Traveling Electrical Foreman to lead crews on various commercial projects across the Southeast. This role requires a seasoned leader with strong communication skills, hands-on electrical knowledge, and the flexibility to travel between job sites in Florida, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, and South Carolina.

Work Scope Includes:

• Overseeing and coordinating crews of electricians and helpers

• Managing installation of conduit, wiring, panels, and fixtures

• Ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards

• Reading and executing from blueprints and layout plans

• Communicating with project managers and site supervisors

• Keeping the job on schedule while maintaining quality work

Requirements:

• 5+ years of commercial electrical experience with 2+ years as a foreman

• Willingness and ability to travel across the Southeast (FL, GA, AL, NC, SC)

• Proficient in EMT/rigid conduit, wiring, terminations, panel installs, and fixture work

• Must have own tools, valid driver's license, and full PPE

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• OSHA 10 or 30 preferred
