About the Role

We are seeking a Master Plumber licensed in RI to join our growing team. If you hold a Pipefitter license, it's even better. The company is part of a property management company and therefore fast growing. Stonelink Plumbing & Heating is hiring a licensed Master Plumber (Pipefitter preferred) with strong knowledge and leadership experience. This position involves installation, repair, and maintenance of piping systems across residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, leadership and excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You'll also play a key role in guiding apprentices, supporting junior plumbers, and ensuring top-tier workmanship. Responsibilities:

• Install, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures and equipment
• Perform routine maintenance, such as checking and cleaning pipes, fittings and fixtures
• Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing issues and make necessary repairs
• Read blueprints and follow code requirements to ensure proper installation
• Communicate effectively with customers to determine their needs and provide solutions Work independently or as part of a team to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Master Plumber license in Rhode Island
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations
• Proven leadership or crew oversight experience
• Ability to work with a wide range of tools, including hand tools, power tools and machinery
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and repair complex plumbing issues
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Pipefitter License preferred
