TENTATIVE END DATE: December 2025

COMPENSATION: $87,000 - $94,000.00 per annum

Objective:As a Site Manager on our TELUS AI team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site operations and on-site TELUS employees for one of our AI programs. The role requires providing class-leading operations engagement, interacting directly with study participants using provided study protocols, and managing the data collected during each session. The applicants must demonstrate strong verbal communication skills, the ability to empathize with and respond to the customer's and team members' needs, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. Collaboration with multi-location and cross-functional team members will be key to improving customer satisfaction and employee engagement.

In addition, the Site Manager will support line management of the onsite team, manage team members' hours, and handle disciplinary action when needed. The perfect candidate will embody TELUS Digital values. Work will take place on-site in Los Angeles, CA

Primary Responsibilities:Be a line manager for onsite team members (approve hours, time off, conduct performance reviews, oversee any disciplinary process with the support of direct management)Manage, support, and provide training and onboarding for an onsite team of 10 membersSupport with the recruitment and selection of new team members Manage the production capacity of the site, based on project requirements and available TELUS resourcesBe the onsite point of contact for internal and external parties, including housekeeping, water delivery, repair companies, etc. for overall maintenance and operations of the siteProcess payment of monthly bills and expenses necessary for operations, including rent, utilities, supplies, vendors, etc.Receive and support participants throughout their time at the onsite location, and maintain production trackers and schedulesGuide participants through the data collection in a controlled environment ensuring the collection is done according to the customer's requirementsRecognize customer needs and proactively focus on fulfilling these needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, scheduling, and management teamsOptimization through automation - provide innovative solutions to improve processes

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceExperience working in Data Collection, technical projects, or market researchExperience working with external vendorsTechnical proficiency with Google Workspace and using IOS and macOS devicesExperience using command line toolsUnderstanding of financial concepts, invoicing, billingProblem-solving skillsInnovative approachAbility to optimize tasks and processesProactivityStrong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detailExperience conducting in-person research sessionsExperience troubleshooting computers and/or consumer electronics
