A Snapshot of Your Day**

The Project Manager will be responsible for US Project Management Team driving Integrated Decarbonization Complex Projects. Candidate must be motived to excel in a team environment while individually protecting Siemens Energys project execution strategies and financial margins.

Key functions include main PoC for customer interfaces, scheduling alignment, cross functional/field communication and execution of turnkey EPC electrical infrastructure. The Project Manager is the driving force behind project deliver to Siemens Energy customer base!

**How Youll Make an Impact**

+ Supporting Global Integrated Decarbonization efforts. Serve as Siemens Energys client interface to Project Management and Execution

+ Complete projects on/according to schedule. Strategically align to control job costs.

+ Achieve a high level of customer satisfaction through collaboration with project partners.

+ Establish accountability with sub-contractors. Pursue/Track/Close change orders to increase job profitability. Manage complex strategies for claim rectifications and margin.

+ Initiation of Purchase Orders to vendors (Submit, log, track, update). Execution coordination of projects from order handover to transition to Warranty

+ Building and maintaining internal relationships with SEI Engineering, Project Controls, Procurement & Site Management colleagues. Key support function to Complex Projects responsible for day to day project operations.

**What You Bring**

+ Bachelors or equivalent in Project Management or related field. 3+ years of experience in Project Management, construction site management or related.

+ Proactive approach to project support! Determination and dedicated pursuit of project goals.

+ Positive demeanor and strategic, critical thinking. Effective and transparent communication; high levels of organization & status reporting of deliverables.

+ Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.
