Civil Engineer - Land Development

We are seeking an experienced Senior Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in land development for commercial and industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of relevant experience and must hold a professional engineering license.

Responsibilities

• Produce detailed civil site drawings for various land development projects.
• Manage and design projects involving traditional land development, including residential, commercial, and restaurant sites.
• Oversee drainage, grading, and stormwater management designs.
• Utilize Civil 3D and AutoCAD for site and civil design.
• Coordinate site planning and project management tasks.

• 10+ years of experience in civil/site development for commercial and industrial projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D and AutoCAD.
• Strong background in civil engineering design and project management.

• Experience with site plan design and grading.
• Knowledge of stormwater management.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• EIT certification is a plus.

The role offers a hybrid work schedule, allowing three days in the office and two days remote. Flexible start times are available, with the office located in Roswell. The environment encourages flexibility and a balanced work-life schedule.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $48.00 - $96.00/hr.
