Job Summary:

Working out of our satellite facility in Northern Colorado, you will be responsible for managing Junior fabrication associates with job duties including but not limited to:

· Assemble components with the use of fixtures, jigs etc. and weld together to form a finished product.

· Demonstrate leadership and mentoring skills to train younger, more inexperienced team members.

· Operate Water jet cutting system.

· Operate seam welder.

· Operate metal forming equipment.

· Conduct QC inspections and fill out QC documentation to ensure standards are met.

Required Education and Experience:

• Ability to read and fully understand prints
• Ability to drive a forklift
• Operate an overhead crane
• Expert TIG welder

Qualifications

• Clean driving record
• Self starter
• Detail oriented

Work Environment:

• 100% shop and manufacturing facility

Physical Demands:

Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Location: Denver, CO area

Travel: Up to 50%

The expected base salary range for this role is $80,000 - 95,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.
