Carpentry Laborer

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Carpentry Laborers for projects located in the Eagle Pass, TX . This is a night shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $22-23/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Serve as a spotter during night operations, ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment
• Assist with visual monitoring and communication with equipment operators to prevent accidents and ensure clear pathways
• Maintain awareness of surroundings, especially during backing or maneuvering of vehicles, machinery, or loading/unloading procedures
• Follow all safety protocols and site-specific guidelines
• Report any hazards, near-misses, or unsafe conditions to supervisors immediately

• Prior experience in a safety-related or spotter role is preferred but not required
• Ability to stay alert and focused throughout the night shift
• Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear visual and verbal signals
• Punctuality and reliability are a must for this short-term role
• Steel-toe boots and appropriate work-wear required
