You must have

Transportation to work near your home
Hand tools

You must be able to

Provide high quality work at a high production rate
Install Romex and tie in all circuits
Install Service feeders
Run Cat-5 and Coax
Install and tie in panels
Accurately measure
Install lighting, receptacles and switches
