Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a Press Brake Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting various production teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Operator

Location: Fort Worth, TX

Pay Range: $19 per hour

Shift: 1st shift, 5am - 1:30pm or until finish (Overtime available)

What's the Job?

  • Operate the press brake machine to bend and form sheet metal into precise shapes and angles.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of the finished products by conducting regular inspections.
  • Prepare and set up the machine for production runs, including selecting the appropriate tools and materials.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Assist in maintaining the equipment and performing routine maintenance as needed.

What's Needed?

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience operating press brake or similar machinery.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Familiarity with manual tools and metal fabrication processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Willingness to work overtime as required.
