Masonry Project Manager

Are you a detail-oriented Masonry Estimator with proven experience in commercial masonry?We’re partnering with a well-established masonry contractor known for delivering high-quality results across large-scale commercial construction projects. They’re seeking an experienced Masonry Estimator to join their team and play a key role in shaping successful bids and project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for commercial masonry scopes, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Develop competitive bid proposals and coordinate with internal teams.
• Review blueprints, specs, and project documents to ensure precise estimating.
• Perform material takeoffs and quantification.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather quotes and pricing.
• Use Tradesman’s Software (or similar) to manage estimates and cost tracking.
• Support budget monitoring throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate with clients regarding estimates and project details.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience estimating commercial masonry work.
• Proficiency in Tradesman’s Software or similar estimating tools.
• Strong understanding of masonry materials, techniques, and commercial building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is a plus.
