Now launching in Charlotte, NC, were looking for hungry, driven individuals ready to help us build from the ground up and grow with us as we expand nationwide.

This Role is for You if You:
Want to earn fast with high commissions
Prefer freedom over a fixed desk
Have experience (or strong interest) in sales, real estate, or property services
Want to grow with a company and potentially lead your own team

What Youll Do
Identify and connect with local homeowners and landlords

Present our zero-cost property management model

Close property management agreements

Build and maintain strong relationships in the local property market

Work closely with our launch team and management

What Youll Earn
$1,000 per signed property

+ $250 bonus after 3 months of active management

+ $250 bonus after 6 months (if retained)

+ Monthly & Quarterly Top Closer Bonuses

Uncapped earnings Top performers can exceed $10K/month

What Were Looking For
Outgoing, proactive personality

Self-starter with strong communication skills

Based in Charlotte or surrounding areas

Sales, real estate or customer service background is a plus

English required (Spanish a bonus)

Legally allowed to work in the US
