Estimator

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing timely and accurate estimates for industrial projects, identifying and gathering information on labor, materials, and time, and preparing bid procedures. You will also be responsible for implementing new tools, practices, and processes, assisting project managers with scopes of work, and collaborating with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Complete timely and accurate estimates for industrial projects.
• Identify and gather information on labor, materials, and time requirements.
• Prepare and oversee bid procedures.
• Implement new tools, practices, and processes to enhance estimating efficiency.
• Assist project managers with defining and detailing scopes of work.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.

• Proficiency in estimation, pricing, and bidding processes.
• Experience with estimating software and blueprint analysis.
• 5+ years of experience in estimating, particularly in industrial projects.

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Construction Management or a related field.

The role offers a Monday to Friday remote work schedule with up to 30% travel.

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
