Lead planning and permitting for traffic, transportation, land development, and infrastructure projectsManage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and deliverables; assist with invoicing and billingAnalyze project feasibility and oversee preparation of reports, plans, and specificationsDraft and edit proposals, reports, and technical documentsSupport business development by identifying new opportunities and attending client meetingsSupervise and mentor junior staff; assist with hiring and team developmentCollaborate with clients, contractors, and internal teams across disciplines and locationsContribute to technical presentations and author content for internal and external publicationsPerform additional duties as needed

Bachelors in Civil Engineering; Masters in Traffic/Transportation is a plusLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planningSkilled in traffic impact studies, signal warrants, parking and driveway design, and signal systemsFamiliar with state permitting and DOT protocols for traffic and highway designStrong public speaking skills; experience with public testimony is a plusProven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and budgetsKnowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation preferredExperience mentoring and managing staffExcellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skillsAble to work independently and collaborativelyValid drivers license and reliable transportation; willing to travel and perform field work

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $53000.00 - $83000.00/yr.
