Bachelors in Civil Engineering; Masters in Traffic/Transportation is a plusLicensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)10+ years of experience in traffic engineering and transportation planningSkilled in traffic impact studies, signal warrants, parking and driveway design, and signal systemsFamiliar with state permitting and DOT protocols for traffic and highway designStrong public speaking skills; experience with public testimony is a plusProven ability to manage multiple clients, projects, and budgetsKnowledge of AutoCAD and MicroStation preferredExperience mentoring and managing staffExcellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skillsAble to work independently and collaborativelyValid drivers license and reliable transportation; willing to travel and perform field work
