As a Project Manager II, you will manage various phases of assigned projects , coordinate t eam activities and accomplish objectives by planning and evaluating strategies .

A caregiver in this position works days, onsite Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. No holidays or weekends.

A caregiver who excels in this role will:

  • Manage all aspects of small projects or phases of larger projects.

  • Coordinate the activities of a project team under the direction of a Project Manager III or IV.

  • Achieve operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

  • Prepare and complete action plans.

  • Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

  • Resolve problems.

  • Completes audits and identify trends.

  • Determine system improvements and implement changes .

  • Meet financial objectives by participating in developing forecasting requirements.

  • Participate in preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.

  • Analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.

  • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.

Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Bachelors D egree in B usiness or a related field and t hree years of experience coordinating or managing various projects OR H igh S chool D iploma/GED and seven years of experience OR A ssociates D egree and five years of experience OR M asters D egree and two years of experience

  • Effective relationship building skills

Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:

  • Project Management Certification (PMP)

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods

  • Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment

  • Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information

  • Ability to travel throughout the hospital system

  • Must have own transportation to travel to multiple sites.
