VA- Fairfax Commercial Alarm Installer

Description

The technician will be handling service tickets for Small Business and Commercial Businesses. The technician will be able to view the jobs through the mobile app to see when and where they need to be, as well as what the job entails. The technician will reach out to the customer when they are en route to every job. If for any reason the tech is running late, they will need to notify. All the inventory will be sent to the technician's house and need to make sure they are great with inventory management.

Ability to troubleshoot technical problems.

Replace system components as assigned; panels, peripheral devices, audible/visual alarms, etc.

Diagnose causes of problems or failures in systems for the purpose of identifying equipment and systems repair

Maintain safety practices to prevent against injury and damage to property.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace / job site, ensuring customers satisfaction after the interaction.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr.
