Job Description We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple commercial interior renovation projects, primarily focusing on office spaces. This role involves coordinating and supervising subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure timely and quality execution of projects. Responsibilities

- Maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively address delays or issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
- Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and stakeholders to provide updates and resolve concerns.
- Manage site logistics, including deliveries, permits, and inspections.
- Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, punch lists, and change orders.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor in commercial interior construction, managing projects valued at $300k-600k each.
- Proven ability to manage multiple small-scale projects simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
- OSHA certification is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Experience in commercial construction and renovations.
- Background in project management and safety compliance.
- Familiarity with commercial interiors.
