Position Summary:
Were looking for a reliable, motivated, and experienced Landscape Installation Foreman to lead and manage our residential installation crews. This role involves overseeing daily operations on job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to our standards of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate a team on residential installation projects

Interpret and execute landscape plans, layouts, and blueprints

Manage scheduling, materials, equipment, and jobsite logistics

Operate various landscape machinery and tools (e.g., skid steers, trenchers, saws)

Install hardscapes (pavers, flagstone, retaining walls, etc.) and softscapes (trees, shrubs, turf, mulch, etc.)

Ensure quality control and maintain a safe and clean work environment

Communicate effectively with clients and employees

Train and mentor crew members in installation techniques and safety protocols

Qualifications:

3+ years of hands-on landscape installation experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role

Strong knowledge of landscape construction techniques, materials, and equipment

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

Excellent leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills

Valid drivers license with clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

Experience with irrigation systems, low-voltage lighting, or water features

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

ICPI/NCMA certification a plus
