Auto Technician/Mechanic

At Joes Automotive, we take pride in our business. We are a longstanding shop with lots of history in the community. We are seeking an experienced auto repair technician. Our ideal candidate can own the process from start to finish. Must be proficient in routine maintenance, diagnosis in multiple systems (brakes, suspension, steering, air conditioning, electrical, etc.).

Pay:
-$30-43/hr
Schedule:
-8 hour shift
-Monday Friday (No weekends)
Responsibilities:
-Accurately and efficiently perform quality repairs and maintenance work while being compliant with applicable standards
-Perform and document vehicle diagnostics and recommended repairs
-Road test vehicles to ensure the scope of work was accurately and successfully completed.
-Adhere to company safety standards and procedures
-Communicate directly with Service Manager regarding the status of the service work, in addition to the estimated time of completion, so that customers will be up to date and informed.
-Exhibit behavior consistent with the Companys core values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
-Ability to work independently, and part of a team, in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
-Valid drivers license
-Auto repair experience
-Must have complete set of tools and tool box.
Experience:
-Automotive repair: 3 years (Required)
