What Youll Be Doing

-Running full residential electrical installs from rough to trim, including managing helpers or a small team
-Overseeing the quality, speed, and cleanliness of job sites
-We are looking for an electrician first that can lead projects. Eventually you will learn lighting control systems, motorized shades, and -AV wiring as part of our smart home integration team
-Troubleshooting issues and making field-level decisions confidently
-Communicating directly with project managers, GCs, and high-end clients
-Ensuring compliance with code, safety, and design specs

Requirements

4+ years residential electrical experience (custom home experience preferred)
Strong understanding of NEC and Orange County codes
Comfortable reading plans, managing timelines, and directing others on-site
Own tools and reliable transportation
Professional demeanoryou're representing us in million-dollar homes
Bonus: Experience with Lutron (RA3/HomeWorks), Control4, low voltage, or smart systems
