Experienced Mature Carpenter

Need a mature, responsible Experienced Carpenter to build me 5 Efficiencies . the first one is an addition to a garage, has not been completed. HE MUST FINISH THE JOB AND HE MUST HAVE THE SKILLS IN :
framing
plumbing (plumbing co will pull permit)
electrical (electric co will pull permit)
Setting up bathrooms I WILL BE ASKING FOR A PICTURE OF YOUR ID AND WORK REFERENCES
showers SALARY IS NEGOTIBLE . Can use helpers too.
sinks
tape and flow and paint
