Electrician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking enthusiastic electrical apprentices who are eager to learn and work hands-on in the electrical trade.
**Responsibilities**
+ Work collaboratively in the electrical trade.
+ Install electrical components following blueprints.
+ Pull wire and install conduit.
+ Engage in construction and wiring tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ Must be a US citizen.
+ Possess good dexterity and mechanical aptitude.
+ Demonstrate solid attendance and work ethic.
+ Communicate effectively in English at a proficiency of 50% or better.

**Work Environment**
Work in a pre-fabricated environment equipped with heat but no air conditioning, operating five days a week with a schedule of four ten-hour shifts and one eight-hour shift, totaling a minimum of 48 hours. The shifts are Monday to Thursday from 5:30 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 5:30 AM to 2 PM. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including hard hats, safety vests, and safety glasses are provided during orientation, though steel-toed boots must be supplied by the contractor.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ruther Glen, Virginia.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
